DÉCOUVREZ LA MÉTHODE CWC DE COELHO BEAUTY

DISCOVER THE CWC METHOD BY COELHO BEAUTY

I bet most of you wash your hair the traditional way: shampoo followed by conditioner . That's how we've all learned to do it, right? Conditioner moisturizes, protects, and prevents your hair from becoming dry and brittle. Absolutely essential, this ritual is our little secret for hair that's always soft and manageable.

However, today I'm going to share a little tip that could very well change your hair care routine and give your hair a whole new lease on life. What if I told you to start with conditioner before even thinking about using shampoo ? Yes, you heard right: conditioner before shampoo . Surprising, isn't it? And yet, it could be revolutionary for you.

HOW TO DO IT?

On the day you wash your hair, start by brushing it thoroughly. In the shower, wet it as usual. But before reaching for your shampoo , first take the conditioner . Apply a small amount to your hands and work it through the lengths and ends of your hair. Avoid the roots and scalp to prevent weighing them down, as that's where the shampoo will be applied.

After applying the conditioning cream , take a small amount of micellar cleanser (shampoo) and gently massage it into the roots, especially those above the ears and at the back of the neck—areas often overlooked but prone to oiliness. Then rinse thoroughly.

Finally, apply another layer of the conditioning cream to the lengths and ends of your hair, leave it on briefly, then rinse thoroughly. For maximum shine, finish with a blast of cold water.

Why adopt the CWC method?

This approach, known as the CWC (Conditioner-Wash-Conditioner) method, is particularly effective for those of us with dry or damaged hair. By reversing the usual order, you nourish the fragile ends first and expose less of your lengths to potentially drying shampoo, which can truly transform the health of your hair.

For those who are hesitant to use pre-shampoo oil serum , this method can also be an excellent alternative. It offers a simplified treatment routine while providing comparable benefits in terms of protection and nourishment for your hair.
